Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note:
If the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damaged goods), courier costs will be covered by the customer.
