Exchange Policy

RETURNS

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • For any returns on products correctly supplied, courier costs will covered by customer.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • We do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes and items of a sensitive nature.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@miomondo.co.za 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item in order for us to evaluate and make the necessary correction.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such us underwear, socks, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
